A guy I work with said something funny. He said what the U.S. needs is to get a president who's first speech, perhaps even his inaugural one, starts with "People of the world, I just want to say I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. We're bringing everyone home, and we're going to deal with our country now." What do you suppose it would take?
